How long it take to get my shipment?
If you are in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach we deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. Must order before 4pm on the day to receive the next day. We do not ship on Sundays or Mondays.
If you are outside of Miami, we only ship Monday through Wednesday for orders placed by Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. m., if you place the order later, your order will be shipped next Monday and will take 2-3 business days to arrive depending on the area.
How long can I keep products in the freezer?
Our products, with the exception of the cake, can last up to 1 year in the freezer if they have not been previously opened.
Can I pick up at the Doral plant?
Yes, you can call us in advance at +1 8555876824 to prepare your order, which you can pick up at: 2216 NW 82nd aveDoral FL 33122.
From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
You can make your payment by card, Apple Pay or Zelle.
*You can also pass without prior order as we always keep stock.
How should I prepare the tequeños?
You should always bake frozen at 300 or 400ºF inside the Air Fryer or oven, with a certain distance between the tequeños so that they brown correctly (the amount will vary depending on the size of your appliance).
Leave for 7-10min. It is recommended to check them after half the time to see if they need to be rotated.
You can add 1-2 more minutes depending on the texture you want.
BEWARE! in these last few minutes so they don't burn. Beware, hot product!

We didn't make it to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. And depending on weather conditions, we may not be able to ship to some western areas, such as Portland and Seattle.
Is the cheese in your tequeños pasteurized?
Yes, we use PAISA brand pasteurized white cheese.
